OUR NEW BUILDING
We have moved in!
Our new building, Springwell, is on the corner of Dog & Gun Lane and Cambridge Road in Whetstone. We invite all our neighbours and friends to join us for our upcoming services and events.
We look forward to welcoming you.
OUR NEW BUILDING AIMS
SPRINGWELL WILL BE ...
- Contemporary – with a welcoming design true to our aim of a building to serve the needs of a growing church and be a resource to our locality.
- Spacious – providing the space required for our growing church family to meet together and provide a meeting place for the community.
- Community Friendly – providing a focal point for community life and the ministries which seek to serve the community such as our expanding pre-school.
- Durable – built to last with good quality materials and modern building techniques.
- Flexible – meeting the needs of diverse groups both inside and outside of the church family.
Help us complete the building
We are now raising funds to complete more of the internal spaces in the building, such as the multi-purpose hall and the catering kitchen, and we need your help to make this vision a reality, whether by prayer, gift, pledge, sponsorship or community award.
If you would like to help you can donate securely online below. Please select gift aid if you are eligible.
For gifts above £1000, please contact our treasurer (treasurer@whetstonebaptist.uk) to arrange donation via BACS.
If you can’t give financially, you can still help. Give your time or expertise and support us in prayer. Thank you!

Prayer Points
God has taught us how to be patient and trust in Him for everything we need, through good times and challenging times, yet as we move forward we are seeing our dreams are turning to reality. Prayers have clearly been answered as we enter this exciting phase of settling in to the building.
Thank you for praying. Please pray for:
- Good relationships with our neighbours, contractors and supporters
- The funding to come in to fit-out more of the building such as the catering kitchen and the multi-purpose hall
- Persistence, energy, patience and creativity for all those working on continuing plans to utilise the building.
